The WFTAK team will develop new integrations on a best-effort basis and free of charge to WFTAK member agencies.
The following integrations are currently being utilized within WFTAK:
ArcGIS Feature Services - data can be written from ArcGIS and viewed in TAK, and TAK user locations can be written to ArcGIS for viewing in ESRI products.
- This integration is utilized on the NWCC channel to provide the locations of currently burning wildland fires & prescribed burns reported to federal dispatch centers, and the locations of lightning strikes from the last 72 hours.
- FireGuard is being utilized on the NWCC channel to show new detections and growth of existing incidents. Analysts at the Colorado National Guard and California National Guard use and civilian imagery and data sources to map heat sources. Their derived products are polygons and can be captured and monitored every 15 minutes.
- NIFC Active Fire Perimeters are currently deployed on the NWCC channel to provide resources with the most recent GISS derived fire perimeters on active incidents.
Integrations Soon to be Deployed:
- DART Personal Satellite trackers - Locations of users with DART devices can be viewed in TAK. These devices use Satellite based networks to send locations every 2-10 minutes.
